MIRACLE RANCH
Miracle Ranch is a non-denominational Christian orphanage for boys in Valle Las Palmas, Mexico. Our congregation has supported this mission for over 15 years. Parishioners have visited and served there. A video and DVD are available in the Coon Rapids United Methodist Church library. www.miracleranch.org

ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING

RIDPA and LIVINGSTON SCHOOL
Rural Integrated Development Program of Africa     Founded by Bukwe Bitangacha, RIDPA brings relief in many forms to the areas of Tanzania and East Congo, Africa. Clothing, bedding, medical supplies, water purification, and the Livingston School in Kigoma. www.RIDPA.org

EMMA NORTON
Emma Norton Residence has a wide variety of programs and services for homeless women facing issues of chemical dependency, mental health, battering and unemployment. Case workers help the residents in a structured environment to stabilize those issues and become self supporting.  www.emmanorton.org

GREAT COMMISSION MINISTRIES
Shaly Moyal is a support based staffer for GCM as a missionary to college students and young adults in the Des Moines Iowa area. She works to help those in transition times in their lives to come to know the power of Jesus Christ. Shaly works to set up mission trips, conferences, outreach events, retreats and bible studies. She also works one-on-one with the students. She helps coordinate efforts to reach young people in the inner-city of Des Moines through soccer programs and Vacation Bible Schools. Shaly grew up in Coon Rapids United Methodist Church and was active in Solid Rock Singers and youth group. ALEXANDRA HOUSE
Alexandra House is a shelter that provides support and advocacy for women and children from abusive relationships in Anoka County.  They can accommodate up to 35 women and children, 24 hours a day. www.alexandrahouse.org

SIMPSON SHELTER
45 bed shelter for homeless persons in the Simpson United Methodist Church in Minneapolis MN.  CRUMC volunteers prepare and serve a meal each month.

MEALS ON WHEELS

KINSHIP
Help children ages 5-15 in need of additional support, to realize their God given potential through adult friendships and positive role models.  www.kinship.org

ACBC
Food Shelves are available to provide EMERGENCY food supplies at no cost for families experiencing temporary, short-term inability to buy groceries.
