Matthew 25 Food Distribution
Before COVID-19, Coon Rapids UMC was partnering with Spirit River Community to distribute free fresh food to the Isanti area. Although this had to be put on hold, we are currently working to restart this in both Isanti and Coon Rapids. Stay tuned for more information!
Family Promise
Is God calling you to help families experiencing homelessness? Our church partners with Family Promise to offer food, shelter, hospitality, and love to families experiencing homelessness in Anoka County.
Feed My Starving Children
Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children. Feed My Starving Children

Alexandra House is a shelter that provides support and advocacy for women and children from abusive relationships in Anoka County. They can accommodate up to 35 women and children, 24 hours a day. www.alexandrahouse.org
Miracle Ranch
Miracle Ranch is a Christian Children's Home in Valle Las Palmas, Mexico. Our congregation has supported this mission for over 25 years. Parishioners have visited and served there. A video and DVD are available in the Coon Rapids United Methodist Church library.
